Non-governmental diplomacy, different from public diplomacy that is established between different governments, is an important trend in diplomacy. Sometimes, non-governmental diplomacy arousing in broad spectrums including sports, culture, press, academia, civil organization, exerts more influence than the traditional public diplomacy. Explain a case of non-governmental diplomacy by giving a specific example and illustrate the meaning, the role and the development direction of the non-governmental diplomacy.

> Non-governmental diplomacy takes place in very much places in the world. And, without non-governmental diplomacy, it’s very difficult to talk about Korea in other countries well. As the Non-governmental diplomacy is getting important, lots of benefits they come in to the S.Korea is very effective.
 For example, let’s take a look for the representative sports star, Kim Yuna, Park Ji-Sung and other athletes. For each cut they show to the world, they have come in as like millions, going to billions of won (). In economy faces they bring in very lots of money for the country to use. Also, because of their fame around the world, they words they say out the world is very effective as the presidents’ say, as like Yuna Kim did to open Pyeong-chang Winter Olympics, and as Ji-sung Park did to promote much in soccer development. As you can see from these, it’s possible to think that non-political-related people are powerful as, or more to the politicians.

Because of this effect, government is on an investment to have more musicians, athletes, as in economic faces and globally. They broadcast many audition programs and develop sports activity in life.

Also, as effective powers of K-pop, many fans throughout diverse countries now know what the country Korea is.

Because of these traits, non-governmental diplomacy became so important.

Considering the historic or geographic context, the three Northeast Asian countries (Korea, China and Japan) are either cooperating or competing in diverse domain including politics, military affairs, economy and culture. All three governments desire to maintain a strategic cooperative relationship that flows through the past, the present and the future with one another. List as much Korea-China, Korea-Japan diplomatic issues that you know of and present describe response Korea can take towards China and Japan on respective issues.

> As Japan, China, Korea have lots of close relations with each other such as words they use, cultural factors, they have negotiated cooperation with each other, or use strategies by attacking an opponent to obtain benefits.

To talk about 3 countries they have called their relations as ‘Be-Se-To Belt.’ Derived from the capital cities they have, they are willing to upgrade their economic situation. Furthermore, expand their cultures to the world. To execute this more effectively China, Japan Korea have cooperated by making a belt. As from this, we are sure that 3countries are in a cooperate relation.

However, about Japan- Korea, representative issue is absolutely Dokdo and the behaviors of Japan they did to Korea women as a tool of a 2nd World War. Dokdo, is now in Korea’s territory, but also is in complicated situation. As known, Japan is addressing that they are right to take Dokdo into their land and even established ‘Dakeshima’s Day.” Not only because of the substances under the Dokdo are in there, but by taking in Dokdo, Japan is showing it self’s ambition to invade other countries as their land is flooded. Also, the grandmothers’ sickness of that incident in World War II, Japanese government is not acquiring their behavior to us, and the world. Japan is in a danger of the deflation, inflation of an economy, and to change every sightseeing of their people, they’re willing to invade other country, just as the Samurais in the past did.

Also, China-Korea is an essential relation to each other. From Korea’s situation, they would have to get help from China in order to make Korea in to one. In China’s situation, they are essential of Korea because of the influence of Korea culture, technologies. Also, because of the traits Korea has for transport; China is definitely essential of Korea to develop in technologies and for sharing Chinese culture. And now, the Korea-China FTA is now in negotiation, and this will help Korea in lots of ways in not only industries but the economy development.

To sum up, the 3countries have lots of culture difference and usage of languages. However Korea, china, Japan have very close relations in order to develop together. In order to make the ideal dream into true, conversation, negotiation is definitely important, thus, we will have to understand each country’s situation.
