2. With the ongoing concern on fine dust, Government policies that promote the reduction of fine dust have been criticized for the ineffective measure for the dust from China. People join the chorus that they will never obtain the desired results only with domestic measures under the serious situation that maximum 80% of concentration of fine dust is coming. Describe the measures that are currently being discussed and spread your own opinion whether you can raise measures at the international level.

In the status quo, fine dust is a huge problem for all of the world. Fine dust can be defined as really little dust that goes into our lungs when we breath and cause various lung problems. One can confidently say that environmental problems are the main cause of fine dust. This essay will present what the global society is doing to reduce fine dust and what people can do in their daily lives to solve this problem.

Firstly their have been efforts to reduce carbondioxide emissions. There was Tokyo Protocol once but it failed because every country was opting. Now, the UN and other international organizations are pouring in efforts to maintain the CO2 levels so we can have healthier lungs and cleaner air. They are also participating in various re-forestration programs in which they plan trees to consume the CO2 emission and to give people clean air to breath.

Secondly, it is what people can do in their daily lives. The main cause of environmental problems (especially air pollution is due to carbon emissions and we can reduce it and help the government reduce carbon emissions along side the global society. We can ride bikes, subways and buses we are going somewhere in a short distance. We can also carpool with friend when going somewhere together. This will increase happiness since we are being with friends but also save our Earth which is catching 2 birds with one stone!

With the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence robot as a labor substitute, there are a variety of perspectives on it. Describe both the positive and negative impacts that the labor force of robots can trigger.

In the status quo with Google’s AI robot AlphaGo winning the Go match with Sedol Lee, there have been a lot of discussion concerning these robots. Now that Google has proven that AI can be quicker in thinking and organizing data than humans. People are worried that these robots might take away their jobs while others say they can do dangerous jobs for us. This essay will contain advantages and disadvantages that AI robot labor force can have in our lives.

First, it is the benefits. AI robots are (obviously) robots and therefore can be produced whenever we need them. These robots can do hard jobs(such as 3D jobs) for us. For example, when the nuclear powerplan exploded in Russia, people had to go into the nuclear containing water to solve the problem. In this process, all of the team members got killed by nuclear contamination. AI robots on the other hand will not die. And even if they break down, we can fix it in a few hours unlike humans. These AI robots can do dangerous works for us then the further develop in the future.

Secondly, it is the disadvantages of AI robots directly clashing with the argument above. The disadvantage is that these robots take away jobs what jobs will these robots get to do? Obviously, it will be simple jobs such as serving at McDonalds’, Starbucks, Baskin Robins and so on. This will affect the society in a bad way because people working there will be deprived of their chance to go up the social ladder. People working in these shops are often college students working part-time. They need these jobs to pay the expensive tuition to college in order to get education and go up the social ladder. It will be taking away their chances to be a better educated people to our society. Furthermore, our unemployment rate is already so low, and we can’t spare anymore jobs to be taken away. Sure, some might argue that there will be new jobs of making AI robots but it will take a lot of time and money to learn new skills for the job. For people who do not have any money to learn these skills, they will have to remain jobless forever and it won’t solve any of our society’s problem.
