1. As the days go in the modern society, more and more pieces of information is being produced every single day. Some are made by a normal citizen(netizen) while some are made by a nation. The pieces of information could be for the populating people and some could have a negative effect on the people.

But, there are some brave people who spread this top-secret information to the public and the media. Of course, in the country¡¯s point of view, they would threat the leakers as a betrayer and would be eager to capure him. But, if the information was a ¡®government-beneficial¡¯ thing, the public has been saved with the thank at the leakers. In my opinion, rather than protecting the government, saving innocent citizens would be much better. So, I think whistle-blowers such as Assange and Snowder are the supremacy at the super power.
First, the citizens of a country has the right to know what is going on in their country, even though it is classitieal.

Of course, classified information should be kept classified, but for the people, it shouldn¡¯t be, and it must not be if it is immoral or illegal. As above, as a citizen of a nation, one has the rights to know about their nation¡¯s policy and be able to decide which policy could be beneficial for them or have an adverse effect. But since it is very extremely difficult for ordinary citizens to leak out there information from the government, whistle-blowers such as Julian Assange or Edward Snowder are needed to save the people.

Second, Assange and Snowden are the protector of human rights and democracy because they are considered the same with saving the whole population except the government.
Not much different from the reason above, people cannot have discriminations from the country. All rulers, all presidents are people. Adversely, if the government is treated in the same way of normal citizens, the feeling and anger would also be the same. But, since the government doesn¡¯t think in the citizen¡¯s point of view, whistle blowers are needed in world.

To sum up, let me ask you a question. How would a country be with policies that are immoral or actually illegal?
Most of you will say ¡®horrible¡¯ or even ¡®a bad place to live in¡¯. Actually, I bet this is the correct answer.
To maintain our rights and make one¡¯s own nation to thrive or make it a better country to live in, whistle blowers are needed.

2. The three countries, Korea, China and Japan have maintained diplomatic partnerships for a long time and have also gave cultural or other effects to each other. Sometimes these three countries cooperate each other because they are historically and geographically related, but sometimes there are waging competition against each other. There are also diplomatic issues between these countries and these occasionally affect the globe.
One of the diplomatic issues between Korea and Japan is the ¡®Dokdo¡¯ issues. This has been controversial from the very beginning and has still not been solved.

Both countries are stating that the ¡®Dokdo¡¯ or ¡®Dakeshima¡¯ is their island and this argument doesn¡¯t reach and end.

To name a diplomatic problem or issue between Korea and China, if could be in the political part.
Since Korea is a democratic country and China is mostly democratic but actually close to dictatorship, this makes the difference and sometimes causes diplomatic issues to give on example.

In order to solve these issues, finding a same point would be the best. Though it could take a long time, talking and discussing the issue is the most valuable way.
