1. Sometimes, we have to make a hard decision between our own belief and the way majority behaves. Whistle-blowers, who decided to follow their belifes, tend to be considered as betrayers. however, people like Assage and Snowden should be considered as a hero of protecting the  human rights and democracy as they gave chance to minorities to know about the real story of issues and they changed people¡¯s behaviors who first were only self-thinkers.

First of all, whistle-blowers told everyone the truth. There is no  person who always has to be told thee faulse. Everyone has rights to know the truth about their society. For example, in Korea, there was a debate about rather the plan of developing four main rivers in Korea is necessary or not. Eventhough there were some voices that criticized the process, the process of river development took eenormous percentage of the all finance in korea. People started to argue  to stop the process more and more. However the progress continued. After all, there was a news that the new at the money we development was not continuing. Also, some clues and doubt founded that the money we paid to continue the progress was used in other places, which was not the way people wanted. If the reporters just did not mentioned anything about the budget and its use, people would never noticed about it. Although the reporters wil not be considered well to the government or to their bosss, they fad the truth. for majority of people, whistle-blowers are people who they need to thanks, not consider as a betrayers.

Next, whistle blowersnot only tell thee truth but also change one¡¯s behaving. It is a normal thing that if someone got a advice or a strict respond, they work too recover it or to improve. For instance, after apartments were built due to the 4 river development process, there were not so many people who bought their homes there.

As a result, Korean started to blame about the business method and the result of the development. Then, the government changed their attitudes and started to advertise the apartments much harder  and used  as the home for the poor.

To sum up, whistle blowers are needed in order to make a justice society. We all can be a whistle blowers when we stay focus about our own beliffes.

2. Korea, China, Japan are closely linked  and share several similarities since ancient time. Beside sharing similarities and history theey also has debates and diplomatical problems from each other. Korea and China, japan are all debating about their land, Baekdosan, and Dokdo.

To begin with, Korea and China debate about the highest mountain in Korea, Baekdosan. Baekdosan is located in the North Edge in North Koreaand the Southwest edge in China nowadays, eventhough 2/3 of the mountain is located in North Korea, people have to get permission from China if people want to climb up or see mountain. Also Chinese continue to sell products there. It is necessarily Korea¡¯s land. To prevent China from taking over the whole mountain, we have to give attention to the problem. Not in individuals, but in a country, we have to hold events about it and learn more about it. Then, China will realize that they are doing a rude argument.

Second, The problem of Dokdo between Korea and Japan is quite more serious. Japan argues that Dokdo is their land, but it is land of Korea since the sinsa age. The claim and debate continued for many years, so we have to debate harder. What it means thae like China, we also have to work hard to find more detail about Dokdo history. Moreover, we can hold more events.

To sum up,  the most important thing about diplomatical issues is having interest on the problem. Some hardly working diplomats are not needed too. But what we really need is individual¡¯s attention to the problem.
