1. A private diplomacy is a people to-people diplomacy, as said in the question. They could prove move effective and powerful than the government-to-government diplomacy, since the private diplomacy asks the both countries' opinion.

To a private diplomacy, diplomats could meet people to people, and debate freely. It is beneficial to the future development because both sides could state their opinion as "People-to-People". Both countries will hopefully settle into a specific and a beneficial conclusion. Because it's definition 'People-to-People' it could be effective and beneficial to the countries.

2. I would first introduce Korea's hard times. Korea was ruled and slaughtered mercilessly under the hands of Japan. Also, Korea was starving and hopeless after the 6.5 war. However, Korea stepped up, and about 30 years later, Korea could even help other countries. Korea is a proud country Then, Speaking of helping, I would promise them to help them If the country was in the continent Africa, then I would gladly try to help the starving kids.

Anyways, then Africa and Korea would trade technologies natural resources, medical aid, and much more, to improve on friendship. The final attempt of trading and exchanging is to have friendship, with giving the country a chance to be wealthy again. This is the final achievement.

3. I would tackle the problem nature. Even though there are problems such as human rights, I would naturally pick nature. After about 50 years, cities could drown in water. It's all because of the ozone levels. Before nature, humans are powerless. Thousands die of a tsunam? earthquakes, landslides, volcano eruptions, and many more.

 That's why people need to borrow from nature, not take them. For instance, a land slide happens because of massive rain (also our problems) or of less trees that would firmly root the soil. Natural disasters extinction, and many more could be our fault. That's why if people borrow them, they should return them.
