1. Private diplomacy is keeping the relationship of two countries by people to people, not government to government. As examples of private diplomacy there are sports, culture, academia and more.

 As the governments promise to make a relationship from conventional diplomacy, private diplomacy actually helps the citizens know each other, and make them friendly to each other. For instance, if the Olympics were held it makes the people play and compete as one, making them more comfortable about each other.

 I expect private diplomacy to develop much more in the future. More people are starting to think about culture and sports rather than politics. The role of private diplomacy will increase more and more.

2. The U.N. Secretary - General is an important position, whose one word could change the world. If I become the U. N. Secretary - General, I would have to tackle many problems. But as the first thing I would do is to decrease the power of the permanent members of the U.N. Security Council. In Syria, a civil war has happened and U.N. can't help because China and Russia's vetos. I would decrease the power of the Permanent Members to that if 4 nations agree, the event would happen. If I do it by three nations, the members would go into war to get something to do their way.
 
 Next, to solve the problem of the hungry, I would select 10, 000 grocery stores in the world and make them donate the food that isn't sold to the hungry b giving it to the U.N. Then, the U. N. would divide the food and send it to the poor and hungry.

 By the first plan we will maintain world peace and by the second plan we will maintain world prosper. Even if I don't become the U. N. Secretary - General.
