1. Nowadays, the importance of information is increasing because of development of Internet. Few months ago, Edward Snowden, CIA member, leaked details of several top secret U.S. government mass surveillance program to the press. He leaked that US government and some institute like CIA collected huge amount of information of some countries: China and Russia. Also, they watched some people all the time who are dangerous to society. Seeing people without proper reasons is illegal. And Julian Assange of Wikileaks made secret diplomatic documents of the US government. Some people think these people are the betrayers of the century. However, others believe that they are the protectors of human rights. I think their choice was good, the US government collected informations of other countries illegally and in free democratic society there is freedom of expression.

 First and the foremost, collecting information without permition is illegal. However, the US govrnment collected especially in China and North Korea. They even hacked some countries to find out secret informations. The US government always claimed that other countries' bad things have to be punished and prohibited, such as nuclear weapons in North Korea and some countries in Asia. However, because of Edward Snowden the whole world recognized that US collected their informations. They also observed some people who are dangerous and harmful to the world using "Drone", US government's weapon with observing system. They are also human and they have their rights to be protected. Even though the US government protected from many terrors, collecting informations is not legal. Thus, I think, the whole world should punish the US not to collect informations anymore.

 In addition, in free democratic society, everyone have freedom of expression. According to the news in America, Edward Snowden said, "Every people have to know U.S. government's acts, and I couldn't just see the U.S. government's ddab things." Thus, he leaked details of several top secret of the U.S. government to the press. He is called whistle blower. Whistle blower is someone who finds out that the organization they are working for is doing something immoral or illegal and tells  on the public. However, the U.S. government is trying to arrest him as a criminal. I think the world should help Snowden to live in safe place.
